Dr. Leicha Shaver
President
Dr. Leicha Shaver serves as the president of Texas Seminary Christian University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Shaver is the executive head of the institution and all of its departments, directing the university’s operations in accordance with its vision, mission and beliefs. As the 1st president of Texas Seminary Christian University, Dr. Shaver is passionate about educating and preparing students for Christ-centered leadership and service.
Dr. Shaver has held a variety of leadership positions in K-12 (Public & Private), higher education (Public and Private), the nonprofit sector. She is the author of several leadership workshops and the Founder of Advanced Preparatory International. Dr. Shaver has earned her Doctor of Education degree from the Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Mahamouda Salouhou
Vice President of Institutional Advancement
In addition to his role at TSCU, Dr. Salouhou wears many hats and has a plethora of skills: Professor of Leadership, Executive Education, Life Long Learning, Lean Health Care, Expert In Cross Cultural Diversity and Communication. Curriculum Innovation.
International Business, Globalization. Since 2000 using the Leadership Diamond® Concept, Prof. Koestenbaum and Dr. Salouhou has mentored, coached and supported hundreds of executives to excellence in their careers.
Natacha Nugent
Dean of Students
As Dean of Students, Ms. Nugent is responsible for providing guidance to the team that manages the university’s students. Ms. Nugent monitors, advises and evaluates students' progress towards degrees. She also serves as a our liaison between our students and staff members. Ms. Nugent provides leadership, administration, and evaluation for the Office of Student Affairs.

Roderick O. Ford, Esq. is a dedicated Church Attorney with over 22 years in practice.
Attorney Ford serves as General Counsel to the Christian Bible Institute & Seminary, where he is helping to expand its international educational ministry in Europe, Asia and Africa.
